Even if my cakes look pretty in real, in pictures they look awful! Sad rite :(
Yesterday i made 3 types of cup cakes- choc mint, almond mango and double choc

This is choc mint.. yummy!

11steps to cook yummmmmmy butter fish

I did all the photo editing using my phone.. hehehehehehe

Heat the oil till got small bubbles..
p/s: the pan is not dirty, black black.. its non stick :P

This fish is called dorry fish, can purchase it from suppermarket... its boneless fishy

Make sure the fish is entirely coated with corn flour so that its crispy :D

Fry it using high fire

Dish it up and filter it with kitchen towel

Use a wok(cos its bigger) to cook the butter

Add some salt and pepper to taste

Make sure the ladder is stirring while slowly pour the egg mixture in

After stirring for about 5-10min, this is the outcome
Make sure you use low fire to cook it

Add in as much curry leaves as you want. Its better to chop the curry leaves into pieces for better aroma

Lastly pour in the fish and stir fry it until well mix

Yummy and easy recipe..
can try it using prawns
p/s: the prawns does not need to be coated with corn flour when frying

Cookie monster

Yesterday I made some, yes, only some cookies.. And it took me 5 hours to complete everything Its the moulding and shapping which takes time.. just imagine it took me 20 minutes to cut out a cookie? -.-

Cookies!!! The last time i made cookies was um.. more than half a year ago?

Yeap.. That was for my college sells.. We had to make.. around 60 cookies i think.. But that time my friends were there to help..

Now....

I had to do it all by myself.. :(

But Mr lion did help me

I made 4 different flavours.. I like the peppermint one most!! If you have nose block i think peppermint cookies can make you feel better :D

Mixed fruit cake

Baked a mixed fruit cake yesterday, since im having my holidays.. Too free

Mixed fruit cake with chocolate chips and almond nibs..

Chocolate chip is optional but i wanted the cake to have the melty taste... and it turn out superliciously yummy!!!!!!!!!

What to bake next? hmmmmmmm

Yesterday i tried out making fruit cake.. Sponge cake inside, "kiapped" with fruits + fresh cream in the middle, and decorated with fruits + nuts ( not enough fruits at home)

I started quite late, so the outcome not really leng..

But its yummy :) I finish the whole cake already

Whipped too much cream, so used it to pipe on the tray.. For the cake i would use American chocolate
