Uuhh... I dare not ask her much.. cos i was scared =.=
After that, i called TARC, the people sound better.. friendlier =p
But the person im finding bout the course isnt in... so later have to call back again..
I think la...
Those working as receptionist should/MUST sound gentle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cos if you sound so stiff, people like me(1st time making phone calls) will get scared..
So, those boss/tauke/manager/watever big people out there,
you should hire receptionist who are soft spoken, if not, sure alot of people don dare to call your office =.=

yeah dudu lihai.. finally dare to call and ask things.. the first move is very good liao.. no matter how, we think positive loh.. dont keep thinking study things liao.. relax a bit.. sayang oh.. muaks!!
